Embark on our 8 week programme with 1 x 1-1 pt session per week and AS MANY evening classes as you like, complete with nutritional guidelines to keep you in check and hit the summer running.
This 8 week programme is designed with ladies in mind, to educate in healthy eating ( not a diet) and a general change in exercise habits to help you press forward and not just go to the gym and 'hit the treadmill/crosstrainer' for an hour. Consists of 2 classes weekly, initial measurements, cookbook and nutritional guidance and a home workout to follow weekly also.
